Anyone who is a Volunteer Deputy Registrar needs to renew. If anyone wants to be a VPR they need to do so at this time. If you have been a VDR in the past, just call the County Clerks Office and they will prepare the paper work and have it ready for your signature when go the office. If you don’t want to go to Canyon, they will send the paper work to the annex for Randall County.

Remember, the Voter Registrar’s office in Potter County is on the fourth floor of the Santa Fe Building. If you have not been deputized in the past, the same thing applies. Call and make an appointment and they will do the training. It takes about fifteen minutes. You can be deputized in both Potter and Randall Counties, but if this is your first time, you must be deputized in your home county first.
